Project 5t for ALS 5K Run
Project 5t for ALS will host its 2nd Annual 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run, Saturday, June 22nd
8:00 am, Rockhurst High School.
Project 5t for ALS was founded to follow the vision of Bob Wilson, a Rockhurst graduate who lost his battle with ALS in 2010.
ALS afflicts an estimated 350K people around the world; about 50% of ALS patients die within 3 years of their first symptoms.
Our focus is to raise money and give it directly to research projects searching for a cure.
Please help find a cure for ALS by participating in this year’s event.
All participants receive a t-shirt, food and beverage at the finish. A race photographer will be on site.
The Kids Fun Run includes a loop around the Rockhurst track. Kids will be grouped by age and will receive a medal upon completion.
