Please join us as we kick-off Fun Fitness Saturdays in R park! These enjoyable and fitness-oriented events are planned for the last Saturday of each month from June through September, and are intended for all fitness levels and all-ages so bring your friends and family out to R Park! A $5 suggested donation will go towards R park improvements! We are currently fundraising for a park shelter, much needed in the park for shade after losing most mature trees to emerald ash borer.
This June we will feature Yoga and a parallell kids yoga practice so the whole family can enjoy! Don’t worry if you haven’t done yoga before- it’s a great time to try it out with community and will be for all levels.
