New Shawnee Mission Park sculpture aims to turn invasive plant species into art

Kirsten Taylor uses a plaster mold to create triangular tiles for a temporary sculpture that will be installed on the Orange Loop trail in Shawnee Mission Park during her Art and Natural Resources Residency with the Johnson County Park and Recreation District.
