SM East Class of ’68 dedicates replacement class gift. The SM East Class of 1968 dedicated their replacement class gift earlier this month. The original class gift, a 3’x5’ slab of etched granite, was destroyed by accident a decade ago during a major school remodel. The project was organized by a small group led by John Smith. The etching artwork was completed by local artist Anita Shikles. The gift is hanging at the new gym entrance.
