Rep. Davids co-sponsors green card bill that had been among Rep. Yoder’s top priorities. Freshman Rep. Sharice Davids has signed on as a co-sponsor for a bill that would lift the per-country cap on green cards, a measure that would help clear the path to legal residency for thousands of highly skilled Indians. Former Kansas 3rd Congressional District Rep. Kevin Yoder was the lead sponsor of the bill for two years prior to his defeat in November.  [Sharice Davids agrees to co-sponsor green card bill championed by Kevin Yoder — McClatchy]
