Johnson County Wastewater warns of possible odors along Mission Road as pressure pipes are recommissioned. Johnson County officials said they expect for a series of pressure pipes that run underneath Mission Road from 83rd Street to Lee Boulevard south of I-435 to be recommissioned starting today. “During the initial 2-3 days of this recommissioning process, there is the possibility of increased odor along Mission Road.
