For the fourteenth year, home design aficionados will have the chance to get some inspiration and help a good cause in the process.
The annual Renovation Sensation homes tour benefits SM East’s SHARE program, perhaps the largest high school student-run volunteer service program in the country.
This year’s tour features four homes:
- The Martucci Home, a “true colonial” in Mission Hills
- The Crawley Home, a modern renovation in Mission Hills
- The Larson Home, a transitional traditional home in Leawood
- The Shull Home, a midcentury modern in Prairie Village
Pre-ordered passes are $25 per person through Sept. 9. You can order passes online here, or purchase them in person at Spruce Home in Leawood, or the Prairie Village and Fairway Hen House markets.
As in years past, there will be a patrons party the night before the tour. In addition to cocktails and a buffet dinner, the party features a raffle with prizes including suite tickets to the Justin Timberlake concert at the Sprint Center in December, suite tickets to a Sporting KC game, and more.
