The SM East student accused of sexually assaulting a classmate in a school bathroom last month now faces felony charges stemming from incidents with three girls.

According to the Kansas City Star, the complaint filed by the Johnson County District Attorney’s office alleges that the boy, who lives in Leawood, assaulted a second girl the same day the bathroom incident took place. The boy is also said to have exposed himself to a third female in April 2015.

The Star’s Tony Rizzo indicates that the location of the second alleged assault that took place in September is not revealed in the court documents.

Because the victims are younger than 16, some of the boy’s alleged offenses are categorized as felonies.

In response to news of the incident on school grounds — in which a boy held the door shut while the alleged perpetrator was in the boys bathroom with the alleged victim — a group of SM East student organized a movement to get students at SM East and throughout the metro area to wear black in a sign of support for victims of sexual assault.
