Oh my god. Another apple recipe? Are you kidding me? But I just couldn’t help it – this one is so good, and so different. From one of my favorite food bloggers of all time, Orangette, it involves hints of ginger, black pepper, and molasses-y brown sugar. The applesauce and the oil make it wonderfully moist. It is just a winner of a recipe all around. And this time of year when we do so much entertaining, this is a great recipe to keep in your back pocket.
