Westwood confirms election changes. As had been proposed, Westwood confirmed by ordinance changes to its election process to conform with a new state law that moves the elections to November of odd-numbered years. The mayor and two council members will be elected in April to serve shortened terms of 45 months. The terms of councilors elected in 2014 will expire early in January 2018.
