Sprouts Farmers Market this week confirmed that it has executed a lease to move into the space recently vacated by Nuts and Bolts at 95th Street and Nall.

But the location is not among the 12 sites across the country — including a site in Lee’s Summit, Mo. – where Sprouts plans to open a store in the first quarter of 2016.

Sprouts had initially signed on to be one of the anchor tenants at the Mission Gateway development, but backed out of that project after developer Tom Valenti failed to pull together enough retailers to make the economics work.

Sprouts says that each new store it opens brings approximately 100 jobs to the community.
