It was an honor to be back with my fellow judges for the third year in a row to get to suss out just who gets bragging rights as the best pie baker in Prairie Village for the coming year.

This year’s entries were something special, and it was tough for us to make a decision…but here’s how things shook out:

1st Place: Polly Bilski, sour cherry

2nd Place: Sara Hausbeck, pecan

3rd Place: Isabelle Cristofani, French silk
2nd Place: Julia Caldweel, apple blueberry
1st Place: Isabelle Messina, blueberry
