SM East’s Kim Harrison to direct final Jazz Night Friday. SM East’s award winning jazz ensembles will deliver their annual spring Jazz Night shows tonight, and bid farewell to director Kim Harrison, who has led the program for the past 29 years. Harrison announced earlier this year that he was retiring. The performance starts at 7 p.m. in the SM East auditorium. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. SM East students get in free with their student ID. This year’s performance will include SM East senior Michael Dannov performing an original composition with baritone saxophonist Matt Lindboe.
