Two SM North seniors, Molly Roach and Jake Langley have received the White Knight Award for acts of kindness.
The award recognized Roach and Langley for their help given to special needs students during homecoming this year. The White Knight Award started with sixth graders at Holy Trinity School approximately 15 years ago as part of the school kindness program.
The White Knight motto for the awards is “Do Good and Then Disappear.” When students heard about Roach and Langley, they voted to present each of them with an award. Attorney Bob Scott, who is involved with the White Knight Award and the students at Holy Trinity made the presentation.
