Another popular restaurant chain is coming to Mission’s Johnson Drive.

According to Joyce Smith of the Kansas City Star, Five Guys Burgers and Fries is the latest signed tenant for the Cornerstone Commons development on the site of the old Keystone Auto Group dealership.

Five Guys joins PepperJax Grill, Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Pie Five Pizza Co. as the restaurants at the new center, which will be anchored by a Natural Grocers.

Known for its no-frills spaces and straight-ahead burgers and fries, Five Guys also has locations on the outskirts of northeast Johnson County at Ward Parkway in Kansas City, Mo., and on Rainbow Blvd. across from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

Last week, the owners of the Schlotzsky’s on Johnson Drive announced they had sold their store to Qdoba.
