Listen up, people, because this is a really good idea.

Like every other person on the planet, we like pizza. But unlike many other people on the planet, I hate making pizza at home. I don’t like those flat, pre-baked crusts you can buy, I don’t want to make the dough myself, and I don’t even like the ready-made dough (am I right that it’s impossible to stretch out?). As a result, we hardly ever have pizza at home.
Enter these pizza bowls. So smart, so easy, so yummy. Just sauté some mushrooms, get out some sauce and cheese, and melt it all under the broiler. Grab some breadsticks and dip away. Delish.

I found this idea on one of my favorite sites, Shutterbean. Check it out here.

We used leftover sauce from spaghetti and meatballs, so it was even easier. If I’d had some spinach on hand I would have thrown it in. I love how easy this recipe is to play around with. Enjoy!
