A Kansas City, Mo., man remains in Johnson County Jail this week after being arrested on the scene of a burglary in progress in Prairie Village Friday.

Eddie Lorenzo London, 23, is charged with burglary of a dwelling and is being held on $75,000 bond. The other suspect in the incident that occurred in the 2100 block of W. 73rd Street Friday morning was taken into custody by Kansas City, Mo., police after being involved in a car accident while fleeing the scene.

London is scheduled to make a court appearance Oct. 16.

Prairie Village police noted that the same house that was hit in Friday’s attempted burglary was the target of a burglary in March 2012, but that different people were living in the house at the time.
