Marketing materials being used by RED Brokerage and Cameron Group LLC to promote the much-delayed Gateway East development in Mission reveal a handful of previously unannounced tenants for the facilities.

Among those potential tenants are Blackfinn Ameripub, a restaurant concept that describes itself as “a whole new generation of the classic American pub,” and Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria, a New York chain that has expanded across the south and west.

The marketing materials say that both chains have signed letters of intent to open locations at the Gateway East. Neither Blackfinn nor Grimaldi’s have any locations in the lower midwest. Blackfinn’s nearest location is in Chicago. Grimaldi’s has locations in Colorado and Texas.

The documents also indicate that Noodles & Company and GNC have signed letters of intent for the project. Leases are out to AT&T and Great Clips. A full list of the prospective tenants listed in the document follows:

  • Lease signed: Sprouts, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, Luxury Nails Spa, Sprint, Walmart
  • Lease out: AT&T, Great Clips
  • Letter of intent: Noodles & Company, GNC, Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria, Blackfinn Ameripub
