Prairie Village police searching for woman in hopes of assistance in crime investigation

Prairie Village put out a bulletin this evening in hopes of making contact with a woman who they believe may have witnessed something of importance in a criminal investigation. The woman is not a suspect in any crime. The bulletin is below:

THE PRAIRIE VILLAGE POLICE DEPARTMENT WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH THE FEMALE SUBJECT IN THESE TWO PHOTOGRAPHS. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE SHE IS NOT SUSPECTED OF COMMITTING ANY CRIME. ON FRIDAY, 10/11/13, AT APPROXIMATELY 12:30 P.M. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SHOWS HER CASUALLY SPEAKING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHILE GASSING UP HER MINI VAN AT THE PHILLIPS 66 LOCATED AT 75TH AND METCALF.

IT IS BELIEVED SHE MAY HAVE NOTICED SOMETHING CRITICAL TO A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DURING THIS CONVERSATION. SHE WAS DRIVING A BLUE OVER GRAY MINI-VAN AND WAS WEARING A GRAY PULL-OVER SWEATER AND DARK RED MEDICAL SCRUB PANTS.
