Morgan Twibell, Luke Haverty named SM East Homecoming Queen and King

Shawnee Mission East students this week elected seniors Morgan Twibell and Luke Haverty Homecoming Queen and King, respectively.

Twibell and her court were announced at halftime of Friday’s football game against Lawrence Free State. Haverty and his court were announced at Saturday’s Homecoming Dance.

Twibell is the student body president, a cheerleader and a member of The Harbinger staff. Haverty is on the boys varsity basketball team.

The Homecoming courts were as follows:

Queen

Fourth Attendant: Emily Dodd

King

First Attendant: Dom Atkinson
Second Attendant: Mitchell Tyler
Third Attendant: Jay Anderson
Fourth Attendant: Jack Stevens
