Parking will be plentiful all around the festival site at SM East, the pool lot and church lot to the south. ADA parking is in the city hall lot, so don’t go there without a sticker. Don’t bring your own food, alcohol or cooler, because you can’t sneak it into the festival site. Likewise, leave the dog at home, no matter how much he likes to party.
Beer, wine, sangria, food and other drinks will be available from the following vendors: Standees, Spin Neapolitan Pizza, Taco Republic, Jon Russell’s Kansas City Barbecue, Pita Mediterranean Grill & Take Out. Festival T-shirts and artists CDs will be for sale.
Proceeds from the festival will be given to Heartland Habitat for Humanity in support of the city’s ‘Brush with Kindness’ program assisting Prairie Village residents.
Remember to bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating. The weather looks good, but warm, so you might add a hat and sunscreen. Music starts at 3 p.m. and you can settle in to almost 11 p.m. The full musical lineup is here.
