The Tutera Group has formally submitted revised plans for its proposed Mission Chateau senior living community to the Prairie Village Planning Commission.
The new plans, which will be the basis for the vote expected to occur at the August 6 Planning Commission meeting, reflect input Tutera received from the Planning Commission at its June and July meetings.
They also provide a detailed look at the floor plans for rooms in the independent living and assisted living facilities, as well as the villas that are proposed along the south edge of the property.
The August Planning Commission meeting will be held at Village Presbyterian Church, 6641 Mission Road, and will again include time in the agenda for public comment.
