Whoever’s in charge of the weather dialed up a gem of a night for SM East’s seniors, their families and friends Tuesday as the graduates made their way across the stage to receive their diplomas – and a handshake from Dr. Karl Krawitz, who’s retirement as principal of SM East is just weeks away.
