Bogan was board chairman in 2007, served on multiple Chamber committees and is a 2004 Leadership Northeast graduate. He has 18 years of work experience in retail and external affairs.
“This is a vital time to have somebody out greeting new people and helping members grow their businesses,” Chamber CEO Deb Settle said.
This is a new position and Bogan will be calling on potential members and working with existing members. It is not an economic development position, Settle said, which is still focused through the partnership with the Kansas City Area Development Council.
Bogan is a Merriam resident and has degrees in telecommunications and journalism.
