LANE4 Property GroupCome Jan. 1, LANE4 Property Group will no longer be the property manager at the Village Shops and Corinth Square.

Though the company will maintain its role as the leasing agent for the centers, a new company called LegaC will take over property management responsibilities, Prairie Village Assistant City Administrator Dennis Enslinger told the City Council Monday.

Ownership of the centers, of which the Consentino family is a principal stakeholder, will not change. Linda Allison, who had served as merchants’ primary point of contact with LANE4, will retain her role and move over to LegaC.
