Stradinger, Kraske named 2012 SM East Homecoming queen and king

Not all of the cheering over this past Homecoming weekend was for the Lancers football team.

Hundreds of fans and parents were on hand during halftime of the game Friday when the Homecoming queen and king nominees were introduced, and the Homecoming queen and her court were announced.

This year’s queen is Chloe Stradinger. Her court is: first attendant Helena Buchmann, second attendant Rae Ehly, third attendant Maggie Niven, and fourth attendant Anna Colby.

SM East students had to wait until the Homecoming dance Saturday to find out that this year’s king is Nick Kraske. His court is: first attendant Joe Bahr, second attendant Georgy Williams, third attendant Will Cray, and fourth attendant Bucky Kessinger.

The candidates were nominated by the senior class, and the entire student body voted to select the Homecoming royalty.
