Two new tenants have signed leases at the Village Shops, making the center fully rented aside from one storefront in the new retail building that houses Starbucks.

Beltone Hearing Aid Service has rented the 754 square foot suite at 6937 Tomahawk Road, the space vacated by C. Jack’s Quiche at the end of 2013. Tenant improvements are currently under way on the space, and once Beltone moves in, the stretch of shops along Tomahawk road will be fully occupied.

Fitness Culture has also rented a new space at the shops. It will occupy 1,225 square feet next to Starbucks. The shop, which has its first location at Park Place in Leawood, sell fitness apparel, including clothes by Prana, Teeki, Karma and Cozy Orange.

The lone remaining unoccupied space at the Village Shops will be the 2,511 square feet in the third suite of the new retail building. Lega-C Property Manager Kylie Stock said the company is currently in negotiations for that space and hopes to be able to announce a new tenant in 60 to 90 days.
