In a speech at the Uptown Theatre in Kansas City, Mo., Wednesday, President Barack Obama highlighted what he characterized as the successes of his economic policies, noting that unemployment was dropping and the economy was growing at a solid rate again. Obama also spent time discussing Republican leaders’ threats to sue him for failing to comply with limits on his authority as president, citing moves the administration has made in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
