Want to start early on the Halloween week chills? Then head to the SM North presentation of “The Haunting of Hill House,” which starts Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the Margaret McClatchey Little Theatre.
Seven people will enter Hill House as part of an experiment they believe to be safe. However, they will discover far too late that Hill House cannot be defined by science. Hill House was simply born bad.
That should be enough to motivate you to head to Hill House, rather SM North. Tickets are $8 and the theatre department is asking audience members to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Roeland Park Community Center Food Pantry.
Cast members of the play are Tristan Coker, Chelsea Turner, Michael Schley, Dolan Mcnabb, Erica Nickolett, Fuad Turkmani, and Darby Huddleston slowly uncover the evil that powers The Haunting of Hill House.
